She said the technician would be able to be at my home between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. the same day, which was great. Giovanni and Chava arrived at 12:55. I explained the issue, and they immediately went to work. Both of them were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem quickly, 15 to 20 minutes.
